Waiver of Liability:  In consideration of acceptance of this entry, I, the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages against K.C.B.S. and the City of Madison Bbq Party, Inc., and their agents, successors, and assignee, for any loss, damage or injury to person or property suffered by me in this event.  I also agree to hold harmless, defend and indemnify K.C.B.S. and City of Madison Bbq Party, Inc. from all claims or suits arising from any loss, damage or injury to person or property arising from my negligence or other wrongful conduct.  Further, I hereby grant full permission to the K.C.B.S. and the City of Madison Bbq Party, Inc. and/or agents authorized by them, to use any photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings and any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.  I have read and agree to abide by all rules of this competition.
